Artificial Intelligence in Upcoming Future !
Artificial Intelligence is a computer program that simulates human Intelligence. It makes possible for a computer to think equivalently like a human. AI and Robotics have witnessed Spectacular Progress in this Decade. The upcoming future of Artificial Intelligence is predicted to be more magnificent.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is the simulation of human intelligence in machines that are programmed to think and act like humans. These intelligent machines can be trained to perform various tasks by processing large amounts of data and recognizing patterns in the data. AI systems can be classified into two main types: narrow or general. Narrow AI is designed to perform specific tasks, while general AI is capable of learning and adapting to perform a wide range of tasks. AI has the potential to revolutionize many industries and has already begun to impact fields such as healthcare, finance, and transportation.
Artificial Intelligence in combination with Robotics and Automation is widely going to Impact the Current Workspace. The Productivity is going to touch its peak. Enterprises are using Machine Learning algorithms to analyze their company's Data for scalability and improving business operations.
How Artificial Intelligence Works?
The term AI means teaching Machines to think Intelligently & act Rationally like a Human. We train certain Artificial devices to do a specific task.
This is not the best way to teach AI. We feed them with a diverse set of data to analyze and Find Patterns to make conclusions. Artificial Intelligence learns from data. It improves his behaviour based on experience and uses it for Predictions, Decision making and solving tasks.
Also, a tremendous amount of data generated by Internet of Things is helping Artificial Intelligence to understand our environment better.
Applications of Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence has numerous applications in various fields such as healthcare, finance, transportation, and customer service. In healthcare, AI can be used for diagnosis, treatment planning, and drug discovery. In finance, AI can be used for risk assessment, fraud detection, and investment management. In transportation, AI can be used for autonomous vehicles and traffic management. In customer service, AI can be used for chatbots and voice assistants to assist with customer inquiries and orders. Overall, AI has the potential to improve efficiency and accuracy in various industries and tasks.
With the boom of use in computers and the Internet, AI has also secured its usability in nearly all departments of Science and Technology. In Healthcare Artificial Intelligence is helping Patients with Personalised medication by a very deep understanding of patient’s conditions and circumstances.
AI is helping in the development of driverless vehicles Smart Assistants like Alexa, Siri & Google Assistant. In cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence is helping to identify potential threats by analyzing abnormal network traffic with the use of IDS & IPS.
History of Artificial Intelligence
The term "Artificial Intelligence" first emerged in 1956. An American Computer scientist John McCarthy used this word at the Dartmouth Conference. Even before McCarthy, Alan Turing who was an English mathematician developed a way to check intelligence in smart machines. The rapid growth in the development of AI started in 1960 with the development of new Computer programming languages, Robotics, and Automation.
Relation of AI with Machine Learning and Deep Learning
Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning all fall in the Same Domain of Computer Science which is responsible for making Intelligent computer systems that have high Reasoning capability and behave in the best possible way. However, Machine learning & Deep learning is the subset of Artificial Intelligence.
Limitations of Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence is much intelligent to deduce the best decisions based on past data. However, if AI starts to learn from any Inaccurate data then the results will be frightening.
Another limitation with AI and Machine Learning is, they can work perfectly for a certain task however if we implement the same system in another task, the system becomes numb. For example, a Spam filter in an email can't talk intelligently like Alexa. AI which knows to detect fraud in online transactions can't detect Cyber attacks on an Enterprise.
